Most children like breakfast cereal. They can be a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals for them. Some cereals can also be too high in sugar, so check the label and look for choices with 6 grams or less of sugar per serving. Some choices include Kix, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Life (regular variety), and Corn or Wheat Chex.
